Description
English: Monument to Pedro Vargas Mata (1906–1989) in the Retiro Park (Jardines del Buen Retiro) in Madrid (Spain). Made by sculptor Luis Antonio Sanguino (b. 1934) and inaugurated on March 28, 1991.
