Description

Comissão de Constituição, Justiça e Cidadania (CCJ) realiza audiência pública interativa para instruir o Projeto de Lei nº 2505, de 2021, que "altera a Lei nº 8.429, de 2 de junho de 1992, que dispõe sobre improbidade administrativa".

De acordo com a proposta, o agente público será punido se agir com intenção de cometer crime, não bastando a voluntariedade do agente. O mero exercício da função ou desempenho de competências públicas ou a interpretação da lei sem comprovação de ato doloso com fim ilícito também afastariam a responsabilidade do autor.
