Durante el evento, el Primer Mandatario destacó el papel de las Fuerzas Armadas del Ecuador para enfrentar los retos y responsabilidades que El Nuevo Ecuador demanda: combatir la inseguridad, el desempleo, la desigualdad y la corrupción.
