Criança tem que brincar e estudar, e nós levamos isso a sério. Essa ação foi feita para conscientizar a população de que nenhuma criança deve ser forçada a trabalhar. O Conselho Nacional do Ministério Público tem o objetivo de auxiliar na garantia constitucional dos direitos das crianças e adolescentes, contribuindo para o aperfeiçoamento da atuação do Ministério Público e do sistema de Justiça. Atualmente, cerca de 3,2 milhões de crianças e adolescentes entre 5 e 17 anos trabalham no Brasil, segundo a Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domicílios (PNAD). Desse total, meio milhão está na faixa etária entre 5 e 13 anos. Ajude na erradicação do trabalho perigoso, penoso e insalubre aos menores de 18 anos, ou de qualquer trabalho a menores de 16 anos (salvo na condição de aprendiz a partir dos 14 anos de idade).
