Description |
Nederlands: De San hadden de gewoonte om de gaten naar een bron af te dekken met een platte steen, waarin een gaatje geboord was. Hierin stak men de hoorn van een antilope of een stukje hout. Op deze wijze was de bron afgedekt (om verdamping te voorkomen) en tegelijkertijd verborgen (voor wild), terwijl de plaats tevens gemarkeerd was. Dit is naar alle waarschijnlijkheid zo'n afdeksteen. |
