Nederlands: Deze natuurlijke hoorn van ivoor wordt dwars aangeblazen. Het ruitvormige aanblaasgat is in het ivoor gesneden; de opening in het smalle uiteinde blijft open of wordt met de duim gesloten, waardoor twee tonen voortgebracht kunnen worden. De hoorn dient als signaal- instrument. Hij is gedeeltelijk omwikkeld met leguanenhuid. |
