Bahasa Indonesia: NB: Pada tanggal 10 juli 2023 obyek ini sudah direstitusi pada Republik Indonesia.
English: Painting. A number of people work the rice field with hoes (pacul), while others drive water-buffaloes with a plough. Still others are busy setting out the young rice plants (bibit). There are ducks under a stick with a white flag. The water-buffaloes have a basket around their mouths to prevent them from eating from the rice field. NB: This object was returned to the Republic of Indonesia by the Netherlands Secretary of State for Culture and Media on July 10, 2023.
Nederlands: Schildering. Een aantal mensen bewerkt het rijstveld met hakken (pacul), terwijl anderen karbouwen voortdrijven met een soort ploeg. Weer anderen zijn bezig om de jonge rijstplantjes (bibit) uit te zetten. Onder een stok met witte vlag bevinden zich eenden. De karbouwen hebben een korfje om de bek om te voorkomen dat ze van het rijstveld eten.
Op de achterkant staat de naam van de schilder en de plaats van herkomst: Batoean Gianjar (Batuan Gianyar). Verder is een potloodtekening van dezelfde ploeg te zien als die aan de voorkant.. Het bewerken van de sawa. NB: Op 10 juli 2023 door de Nederlandse Staatssecretaris van Cultuur en Media gerestitueerd aan de Republiek Indonesië. |
