Nederlands: Pop. Pop van een vrouw uit Ambon, gekleed in zwart. Deze pop is onderdeel van een serie binnen serie 4, nl. 4-28 t/m 4-33, voorstellende Christelijke inwoners van Ambon, gekleed om naar de kerk te gaan. De tentoonstellingsorganisatrices van de tentoonstelling "De vrouw 1813-1913" wilden aan de hand van deze poppen, en poppen van andere regio's van Nederlands-Indie, een overzicht geven van de verschillende bevolkingsgroepen, en regionale kledingstijlen van de Nederlandse kolonie. Hierdoor maakten zij de evidente eenheid van Nederlands-Indie in al zijn verscheidenheid duidelijk voor het Nederlandse tentoonstellingspubliek. Inheemse christenen stonden niet tentoongesteld als voorbeeld van inheemse religieuze praktijken, maar als voorbeeld van de succesvolle invloed van westerse zending en beschaving..
