Nederlands: Hoofdklem. De band werd tegen het achterhoofd van het pasgeboren kind geplaatst, waardoor de kussentjes de oren omhoog duwden. Daarna werd tegen de achterkant van de kussentjes en de rug van het kind een stijf stuk palmblad gelegd en werd het kindje stevig ingebakerd om het zo een mooi recht achterhoofd met wijd uitstaande oren te doen krijgen..
