Nederlands: Armband met scharnier, pin en sluiting. De vier rode stenen zijn vrij smal van vorm.
Door de verkoper omschreven als 'joodse armband', hiermee werd in ieder geval verwezen naar de vervaardiging. Dit type armbanden werd zowel door joodse als islamitische Berbervrouwen in de Anti-Atlas en zuidelijke Hoge Atlas gedragen. De de joodse Berbervrouwen droegen vrijwel dezelfde kleding en sieraden als moslimvrouwen. Zij onderscheidden zich alleen door een pruik waarmee zij hun haar bedekten, zoals het gebruik was bij gehuwde joodse vrouwen in Marokko. |
