Description
English: Built in 1901 for George Crocker, son of railroad magnate Charles Crocker. After Crocker died the estate passed to Emerson McMillin, a gas light magnate in Ohio. McMillin was a supporter of the League of Nations, and World Court meetings were held here. After his death it went to the Catholic Diocese of Newark until 1976 when it was sold to a private person.
