English: Geologist Jon Huntington and Electrical Engineer David Coward put their prototype computerised geological core logger through its paces in a world-first that is predicted to revolutionise geological survey procedures. CSIRO's rapid core logging system, developed with the mining industry, is the first automated system for mapping the minerals in drill cores.
