The history of the house is connected with the work on the creation of the Manifesto on the liberation of peasants , published on February 19 (March 3), 1861 Later the building was overhauled and some laboratories of the State Optical Institute named after S. Who in 1962 invented an original method of recording images in three-dimensional media, allowing you to save information about the phase, amplitude and spectral composition of the wave that came from the object. That is, one of the options for creating three-dimensional images -holography
