English: A Cadillac stretch limousine takes a right turn on a street corner in downtown Washington, D.C., January 1989. A corner shop is boarded up in the immediate background, which may have been a sign of the ongoing redevelopment in the city during this era. For some reason I often managed to capture these types of shots without any concrete evidence as to exactly where the shot was taken, such as a street sign or landmark, so I'm not sure.
