"C’est la cafetière la plus économique: elle est préférable assurément aux appareils semblables, qui sont en métal, car elle offre l’avantage de ne communiquer au café aucun goût étranger comme ces derniers, quand bien môme il y séjournerait pendant 24 heures. Cette cafetière est encore bien meilleure, lorsque le filtre est en argent et mobile à volonté. "
