English: 1830 seal of the Caimacam of Craiova (19th-century title of the Ban of Oltenia), Mihalache Lahovari (identified by the Cyrillic initials МЛ); featuring the arms of Wallachia and Moldavia combined with a variant of the Ghica family arms, and, in the bottom half, the seals of Oltenia's five counties (clockwise from top right: Gorj, Dolj, Mehedinți, Romanați, Vâlcea).
