Summary edit

Description
English: Camlough Quarry This disused quarry has been tidied up very neatly, and affords a view of the granitic rocks which were intruded to form the Slieve Gullion ring-dyke about 58 millionm years ago. The upper part of the quarry face is a cream-brown coloured granophyre, which is seen to be intruding the lower part comprising grey-coloured Silurian strata.
