Description
Español: Iglesia San Francisco de Asís, Montevideo. El campanario, que fue el punto más alto de la ciudad, en un principio carecía de aguja. A comienzos del siglo XX se construyó la primera aguja, proyectada por el Arq. Antonio Llambías de Olivar, posteriormente demolida para construir la que hoy exhibe proyectada en cemento armado casi a mediados de siglo, por los Arqs. Boix y Arocena.
