Summary
editDescriptionCampsie Valley crossing - geograph.org.uk - 437810.jpg |
English: Campsie Valley crossing The path is the route of the Campsie Valley Railway as it makes its way north to Lennoxtown. The arches you can see in the trees belong to the Kelvin Valley Railway, which also crossed at this point. Due to the requirement for headroom, a stone arch was not possible, so a metal bridge (now removed) spanned the gap. Glazert Water runs along the right-hand side of the track. |
