English: One of the blocks of Carlton Towers in Little London, Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK after having been abandoned by Leeds City Council. Note perhaps one sign of years of lack of investment in the fact the street lighting is still the original that was installed when the flats were built. Taken on the 20th April 2009.
