Description

O imóvel da autoria do Arqt. Raul Lino de estilo revivalista-nacionalista, fiel às tradições arquitectónicas da sua época, foi utilizado como "assento de lavoura", mas também como tertúlia política, artística, literária e musical.

O seu proprietário, José Relvas (1858-1929), foi figura destacada da 1ª Républica- por ele proclamada, em 5 de Outubro de 1910, da varanda dos Paços do Concelho de Lisboa, tendo sido, também lavrador, fotógrafo, músico, mecenas e filantropo.
