Italiano: Volognano appare come una Villa-Fattoria di gusto neo-gotico, dominata dalla possente Torre merlata del mastio, è un gioiello incastonato in un panorama mozzafiato.

Se ne sta li sulla cresta della collina dominando il panorama del Pratomagno. Il soffio gradevole del vento di Vallombrosa lo allieta d'estate e lo asciuga d'inverno, dalla nebbia che sale dall'Arno.

Appartenuto a Signori di ogni epoca, ha ospitato grandi artisti, in specie quando è appartenuto alla famiglia D'Ancona, quali Giosuè Carducci, il musicista Paganani, Enrico Fermi, Gioacchino Rossini.

Volognano appears as a neo-gothic villa-farm, dominated by the mighty crenellated tower of the keep, it is a jewel set in a breathtaking panorama. It stands there on the crest of the hill overlooking the panorama of Pratomagno. The pleasant blowing of the Vallombrosa wind cheers him up in summer and dries him up in winter, from the fog rising from the Arno.

Belonging to Lords of every age, it has hosted great artists, especially when it belonged to the D'Ancona family, such as Giosuè Carducci, the musician Paganani, Enrico Fermi, Gioacchino Rossini.
