Description
English: Castle Rock Castle Rock is the spectacular outcrop of a major mineral lode rising up out of the gorge of the Clywedog. The remains of various mining operations are visible in the bottom of the gorge and mining here is believed to predate the Romans, who had a small fort nearby.
