Notes edit

It appears that Catharine Freyenhagen left her youngest daughter, Sarah Helen Eudora Oldrin out of her will and Sarah is going to court to be included in the estate. This tends to happen when a will is not updated and the court requires all children to be named in a will. If a name is left off of a will, it is considered unintentional, if you deliberately want to exclude a child, you must name them and state that it is your intention to not give them anything.
