Description Eastern Cattle Egret Bubulcus coromandus, so called because of its symbiotic association with cattle, is a very common bird all over India. Pre Monsoon period is the breeding time for them and currently they are in various stages of their plumage for the season. This one is in full breeding plumage, complete with the red legs. Seen at Basai Wetlands, Haryana
