English: Cattle truck, Traquair and Elibank Forest By this time the movement restrictions on livestock had been removed after the Surrey Foot and Mouth release. However this cattle lorry was exempt as full suspension downhill MTBs do not get the disease.
The lorry is serving the extremely gnarly downhill mountain bike trails, the trucks carry the bikes, the riders come up in a coach. It is quite possible that a chairlift could one day be installed near Innerleithen. |
