Description
English: Cave of Kyllini, entrance. Cave of Hermes birth. The cave is visible only when the person stands in front of her.
Čeština: Kyllénská jeskyně Hermova narození. Jeskyně je vidět, až když člověk stojí před ní. Vchod do obrovského podzemního labirintu je ve svahu hory Chelydoré (Želví hora, Hora Vydlabané želvy) v pohoří Kylléné na Peloponnésu, asi 1660 m nad mořem. Byla ctěná zvláště od obyvatel Arkádie. Jako příbytek kyllénské bohyně nebo nymfy Maie a místo Hermova narození ji popisuje už Homérký Hymnus na Herma. Terén uvnitř jeskyně je prudký a nebezpečný.
