Español: La cazuela puede ser hecha de ave o de vacuno, es un plato muy típico de Chile. Ideal para los días de invierno o para aquellas personas que gustan de los caldos. En las zonas más tradicionales de Chile preparan la cazuela con la gallina fresca de campo. Hay algunas variedades en como prepararla, la que aquí comparto es mucho más sana ya que no utilizo aceite ya que el mismo pollo suelta su grasa, quedando bastante sabrosa. |
