Description The Location of Actin and Myosin II during the cell migration. Blue is Actin, Myosin II is red. But they form together a transverse band at the bondary. It is supposed, that the myosin II there will contract, and the contraction will pull the cell body forwards. Inspirited by Lodish(2004): Cell Biology 5.edition, page 802
