Summary edit

Description
English: When concentrations of a solute varying across the cell membrane, free water moves from areas of low solute concentration (hypotonic) to areas of high solute concentration (hypertonic). When solute concentrations are similar on both sides of the membrane (isotonic) free water moves equally in both directions.
