Description
English: Cerimônia de posse de Eliane Nogueira (PP-PI), primeira suplente e mãe do senador Ciro Nogueira (PP-PI), no gabinete da Presidência do Senado Federal.

A posse ocorre em virtude de o senador assumir o cargo de ministro da Casa Civil, a convite do presidente da República. Este será o primeiro mandato político de Eliane e Silva Nogueira Lima, 72 anos, natural de Teresina. Empresária, ela compôs a chapa de Ciro, eleita em 2018.

Segundo a Lei das Inelegibilidades (Lei Complementar 64, de 1990), a indicação de parentes à suplência das chapas que concorrem ao Senado não é ilegal.

Participam: senador Carlos Fávaro (PSD-MT); senador Ciro Nogueira (fora de exercício); deputada Iracema Portella (PP-PI); neta da senadora empossada, Maria Eduarda Portella Nogueira; senadora Eliane Nogueira (PP-PI).
