The flag of Pointe-Noire has a yellow field with the city Coat of Arms in colour in the centre.

Pointe-Noire is the second largest city in the Republic of Congo. It is located in the east of the country on the Atlantic Ocean. It is the centre of the oil industry and is the Congo's main port.
