Description

O Chafariz da Fonte dos Leões - Cuba, junto à passagem da antiga Via Romana, que ligava Évora a Beja, junto aos tanques municipais à saída da estrada que segue para Beja. Este bebedouro dava alento a viajantes e animais que por aqui passavam. A Fonte dos Leões foi mandada construir no ano de 1923, pelo Presidente da Câmara da época, o Sr. Constantino Taborda Morais. Nesta altura, foram também construídos os lavadouros públicos, junto ao Rossio da Bica (conhecido como o Largo da Bica).
