Summary edit

Description
English: Charan Mandir is an ancient Krishna temple located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It holds great significance for Hindus as it serves as a place of worship. The temple is particularly renowned for the veneration of Lord Krishna's footprints. It was constructed in the 16th century by Mirza Rajah Man Singh I of Amber. Legend has it that Man Singh was a devoted follower of Lord Krishna and that the idea for the temple was inspired by a dream in which Lord Krishna revealed the location of His footprints hidden in the Amer Forest.
