English: Charing Racecourse in Preparation Gently rising ground is used three or four times a year for point-to-point horse racing. To the right is one of the jumps, in the distance vehicles and marquees making preparation. The ground here is supported by the Lower Chalk, with some Head deposits, making the going firm to good. |
