From the book- "This large, handsome cut stone residence is located at 383 E. Broad. Solid in construction, perfect in architectural design. Interior of hard wood finish. Large parlors and reception hall, lovely lawns, all the modern improvements, location the finest in the city, makes this home not only a beautiful place, but a valuable piece of property as well. Mr. Hunter is the well known Attorney and General Solicitor of the Columbus, Hocking Valley & Toledo Ry." The home, which was just east of Grant Avenue, no longer stands. The property is now commercial.
