Français : Ancien Châtelet du pont Saint-Pierre à Caen. Pont fortifié servant de porte entre Bourg-le Roi et l’Île Saint-Jean. Servant également d'hôtel de ville, il tient également lieu de beffroi puisqu'il est doté d'une horloge et d'une cloche. Construit au XIIe ou XIIIe siècle, restauré au XIVe après la prise de la ville par Édouard III d'Angleterre, il est finalement détruit en 1755 afin de faciliter la circulation. |
