A plaque in hommage of Che Guevara in his city of birth, Rosario, Argentina, on a wall at the Plaza de la Cooperación, a small urban square located on the corner of Mitre St. and Tucumán St. in downtown Rosario.

The plaque reads: 1928 - 1967. A pocos metros de esta plaza nació Ernesto "Che" Guevara, un rosarino que luchó por una sociedad más justa y solidaria. Rosario, septiembre de 1997. Decreto Nº 12.895 H.C.M. Municipalidad de Rosario. In English: "1928 - 1967. A few meters away from this square is the birthplace of Ernesto 'Che' Guevara, a rosarino [citizen of Rosario] who fought for a society with more justice and solidarity. Rosario, September 1997. Decree No. 12895 [of the] Honorable Deliberative Council. Municipality of Rosario."
