Description
Français : Coopérative laitière de la Sèvre à Echiré (79) et sa cheminée de briques caractéristique, face à l'église communale.

Le site voit le jour en 1893 et prend son nom actuel en 2004, suite à sa fusion avec Sèvre & Belle, implantée à Celles.

Elle fait travailler 120 professionnels locaux situés dans un rayon de 50 km, presque équitablement répartis entre lait de vache et chèvre. Les produits, beurre, crème fraiche et fromages en tête, sont diffusés à l'international à travers le circuit des épiceries de luxe.
