Français : Au fin fond des Deux-Sèvres fut bâti un pigeonnier. Laissé ensuite à l'abandon, le temps lui fit perdre son toit. Le hasard y fit pousser un chêne auquel personne ne prêta attention. L'arbre étant à son aise, il poussa jusqu'à dépasser le pigeonnier, coiffant celui-ci de sa belle chevelure, et faisant de ce lieu un site unique.
Alliance du végétal et du minéral, le chêne de Pouzay, classé parmi les 250 "arbres remarquables" de l'hexagone, mérite assurément le détour. De plus, les chemins de randonnée qui le bordent permettront aux marcheurs de découvrir cette région au cachet rural authentique. |
