Ald. Pat Dowell's victory party.

I was a pollwatcher in my home precinct for this election, and I can vouch for the fact that turnout for this election was DISMAL. In the 3rd Ward's 10th precinct, out of 706 registered voters, less than 170 bothered to get off their asses and come out to vote. Citywide, the turnout was about 35%.

You schoolkids out there: is less than 60% on a test still a big, fat "F"? And is above 90% and "A"? Just checking.
