It is very close to dark now, but that does not diminish the pleasant sight of the Priory tower in the distance. We can also see the signpost for Fountain Roundabout, really a double roundabout except that it is not possible to circuit only one of them. In fact, buses can bypass the second roundabout and head straight into the High Street – the traffic lights change to allow them through by sensing the approaching bus. There must be some kind of sensor inside the bus, because the lights do not change for car drivers who think they can use it as a short-cut!
