Русский: Кинотеатр "Рига" (улица Элизабетес 61), первый кинотеатр в балтийских странах, в котором демонстрировались звуковые фильмы. Открыт как кинотеатр "Splendid Palace" акционерного общества "ARS" в декабре 1923 года. Памятник архитектуры государственного значения. Первое в городе здание из железобетона, построено по проекту архитектора Фридриха Скуиньша English: Cinema "Riga" is the oldest cinema in Riga (Elizabetes iela 61), the first cinema in Baltic states which began to screen sound films. The cinema was opened in 1923 as cinema "Splendid Palace" with the screening of film "Under Two Flags"(USA, 1922, Todd Browning). The cinema was created and built by stock company "ARS". The building is national architectural monument. The first reinforced concrete building in the city at its time was designed by architect Fridrihs Skujins. It is rich in magnificent decoration, stylized in rococo shapes Latviešu: Kinoteātris "Splendid Palace", ko šobrīd vairāk pazīst kā kino "Rīga" (Elizabetes iela 61).
