English: Cioch Mhor from Beinn Spionnaidh Cioch Mhor is an impressive outlier of Beinn Spionnaidh when seen from the roadside but like the Devil's Point seen from Cairn Toul or Stob Ban from Stob Choire Claurigh, it shrinks when seen from the vantage point of its higher neighbour. In the glen the River Dionard, snaking its way into the Kyle of Durness, is an important salmon river. |
