Description |
City Hall opened March 28, 1872 and was destroyed by fire on January 12, 1921. The decision was made to rebuild City Hall closer to the Scioto River. The State Street lot remained vacant until the Ohio Theatre was built on the site in 1928. Photo taken 1/13/1921 after the fire of 1/12/1921. |
