English: Dili, Timor Leste (Feb. 22, 2010) – Cmdr. David Miller, commanding officer, USS Reuben James (FFG 57), presents a shipboard plaque to Kirsty Sword Gusmão, first lady of Timor Leste, and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Alola Foundation, a non-government organization she founded in 2001 that supports the women and children of the country. Reuben James crewmembers presented the Alola Foundation with a donation of clothes and goods that were previously collected in Yokosuka, Japan. (Official U.S. Navy photo)
