Diet-specific networks of Lake Tanganyika cichlid herbivores and carnivores. Nodes are colored according to phylum and sized by betweenness values normalized by lake. Grey shades represent distinct modules (connected by red edges). Notice the higher complexity of the herbivore network (156 nodes and 339 edges; 19 modules) compared to the carnivore network (21 nodes and 70 edges; 3 modules)
