English: Coat of arms of Levokumsky rayon (Stavropol kray, Russia)
Русский: Герб Левокумского района Ставропольского края Российской Федерации (постановление главы Левокумской районной администрации Ставропольского края от 23 сентября 1999 года № 359 «Об утверждении герба Левокумского района»)

Геральдический щит разделён по горизонтали на две части. Верхняя половина щита повторяет верхнюю половину герба Ставропольского края, утверждённого постановлением Госдумы Ставропольского края от 29.12.1994 года № 171 ГД СК, с изображением на голубом фоне золотой крепости на вершине серебряной горы, к воротам которой ведёт дорога. Над открытыми воротами изображение пентаграммы, как символа защиты и охраны.
Верхняя и нижняя части разделены голубой полосой, символизирующей цепь озёр Левокумского района.
Слева внизу нижней половины щита, расположено небольшое по площади тёмно-зелёное поле с изображением на нём янтарной грозди винограда — символа развитого виноградарства на юго-западе района.
В середине, на большей части площади ярко-зелёного цвета, — пахотные земли района, внизу — изображение золотого колоса.
Справа, на светло-зелёном поле, — пастбищные угодья Левокумья, внизу изображён профиль барана, как свидетельство развитого овцеводства.
По центру нижней части щита нанесены три кургана бурого цвета — знак исторического прошлого района, уходящего к временам Золотой Орды.
Летящий над курганами и полями стрепет — обитатель степей — символизирует свободолюбивый характер жителей района и их любовь к степным просторам
