La courbe K représente le coefficient de traînée frontal (non adimensionnel), la courbe K' le coefficient (non adimensionnel) établi en référence . Le nom des corps est donné sur la courbe inférieure. Ce nom n'est pas reproduit sur la courbe supérieure, sachant que la probabilité que deux corps différents de même élancement et même section frontale aient un même volume est très faible.
English: Identification of 3D bodies (often airships) measured in a wind tunnel by Eiffel during the 14-18 war and published in 1919. Curve K represents the frontal drag coefficient (not dimensionless), curve K 'the coefficient (not dimensionless) established referenced . The names of the bodies are given on the lower curve.
This name is not reproduced on the upper curve, knowing that the probability that two different bodies of the same slenderness and the same frontal area have the same volume is quite low. |
