Description
English: The Chief of Staff of the Headquarters Australian Force Vietnam, Colonel J. Whitelaw, presents books to a prisoner of war (POW) at the III Corps Tactical Zone POW cage. The books were part of a small library the Australians donated to the camp. During the ceremony, the POWs gave the Chief of Staff three cheers, and the front rank held small Australian flags.
